We apologise that you are experiencing an issue with your unit.


Check the cables


First, please ensure that your QTIME unit is the only device plugged in between the console and TV. Unfortunately we do not support capture cards, HDMI range extenders or HDMI switches.


Next, please double-check that the HDMI cables are plugged in the right way around. The cable on the side of your unit labeled ‘TV’ should be plugged in to your TV or monitor.


If you have an Xbox console


If the steps above did not help, on the Xbox please navigate to [Settings] > [All Settings], choose [Display & Sound] > [Video Output], then choose [Advanced Video Settings].


On that screen please turn off Allow 4K and the Allow HDR.


If you have a PS4 console


If the steps above did not help, on the PS4 please navigate to [Settings] > [Sound and Screen] > [Video Output Settings].


On that screen please first try setting HDR to Off. If that does not fix the issue, please try setting the screen resolution to 1080p.
